✗ What we can't take:

• Discs with cracks — they won't play and can't be resold.
• Deep scratches affecting playback — light hairlines are fine.
• Mold or water damage — affects the disc, case, and other items.
• Bootlegs or burned discs — we can't legally resell them.
• HD DVD — dead format, no resale market.
• Vinyl records — not our specialty (we focus on optical media + games).
• Rental store stickers/strips — we'll take them but reduced rate.
• Damaged-only collections — if 90%+ are bad, we'll politely pass.

What about cases?

Original cases and artwork are preferred but not required. Disc-only collections still get paid — at a reduced rate, since we have to source replacements.

What about condition?

Light scratches are normal and don't reduce pay. Discs need to play through. If you're unsure, just mention it — we'd rather know upfront than surprise either of us.
